Honestly, my downstairs neighbor has been sawing a couch into pieces constantly for like a fucking WEEK so even if it makes a little noise he can eat it. All week long I thought they were actually moving out there has been so much sawing, and stomping, and what sounds like people coming in and out, and hammering. It’s been all week so I assumed they moved and now the place was being renovated. Then I see one of them (the brother, who seems to have some hockey related brain injuries and is taken care of by the sister) and they are like, oh hey sorry about all the noise, we had to get rid of the couch. And I’m like, the couch? And he explains that his sister decided their couch was junk and needed to go so they were getting rid of it. So, apparently they have been sawing this thing apart themselves bit by bit and throwing it away?????

Man that bbq chicken and tri tip were so good the other day, and I normally get ribs from bbq instead, so now I’m going to try the other bbq place I like and get bbq tri-tip and ribs there along with their coleslaw (also proper and vinegar based) which is my favorite as it’s a little spicy as well. No mac n cheese as I have that german potato salad to eat still. I wonder if I can get extra onions and pickles on the side, I love when bbq places throw a lot of those in to chomp on in between bites.

I just bought this: Sole Fitness: Sole E55 Elliptical | Ellipticals WWW.SOLETREADMILLS.COM Honestly just can’t stand destroying my feet on the pavement now that the length of my cardio has gone up. And the uneven ground. That and the trucks still driving through the park, and all the other annoyances everywhere else. And trying to get out of here before it’s 80 degrees and needing to put on sunscreen before I shower and then have to put it on again. Oh, and I hate trying to make picking up coffee as part of the walk because there are two long lights, that are so long, I have to walk side ways and back to keep the cardio up. Like 3-4 minutes, hate those lights. So that idea to avoid the park wasn’t working for me either. I used one of these on vacation. It’s not as fancy as some of the Norditrack and Bowflex ones, in regards to the display but those required wifi to even use them at all and for an exercise machine ehhhhh idk about that. I just want to replace power walking outside. Anything else is a bonus. The biggest complaint I read in reviews is the assembly so I just paid for in room delivery with assembly and also ordered a mat to put it on. I’m hoping it really is quiet enough to use here on the second floor but there is a 30 days money back policy so we will find out. Cant waiiiiit. Really really hope it works out ok in here it would be such a huge improvement over trying to do cardio outside.

It’s better than the switch as in it’s a generational leap tech wise over it, it’s probably close in power to what the Switch 2 will be (and I hope Im not being too optimistic there..). There’s a few current gen games you probably wouldn’t want to play to the deck (Forspoken, Jedi Survivor, Returnal) but it definitely plays far far more current gen games than Switch ever played last gen games, to put some perspective on that. Not having full Windows as a reasonable option is a bit of a bummer, and the screen is quite lacking, with the color coverage being the biggest issue with it for me. The feel of the system and the trackpads are wonderful however. Steam OS is really nice on it and it does give it a sort of console like ease of use which is nice. I’d probably stick mostly with Steam OS if I could on a handheld, if it had Gamepass. Being able to lock at 40fps is really helpful compared to a system like switch that has to decide between 30 or 60. Right now i’d definitely recommend the $400 model and using a sd card to anyone. If someone was willing to spend more, instead of a model with a ssd, I’d recommend the ROG Ally over it. Switch 2 is likely to come out next year, if you are only planning to get one new handheld in the foreseeable future, could be worth waiting to see what that is.

Rogue-lite probably works well if you are just one person but definitely lowers my interest. Looks fun though! SERIOUS James Pond vibes from that main character. And now I just want to see someone make a James Pond 2 but in 3D.
