  1. Wild Card Football looks like a Blitz clone, so I’ll watch out for impressions on that one. I did play a whole bunch of NBA Playground on switch, which this is the same developer as. It was a decent NBA Jam clone but a bit simple and I didn’t like the whole trading card collecting of players, very gatcha. I got NBA Playground 2 but thought it seemed a bit worse than the original, at least on switch. I fucking HATE the SD style they use and I don’t know anyone who likes it but if it’s as fun as Blitz I’ll give it a shot.
  2. Today I had bbq chicken from a local place, mac n cheese, and coleslaw (the correct kind with vinegar instead of mayo) - I got tri trip and german potato salad as well but looks like that’ll be for tomorrow
  3. Well, not the sauces, I don’t typically like too much goop. Do you mean at five guys in particular? I’ve never eaten there, but looking at it, if I were to get a hot dog there I would get: pickles tomato onion (raw)/grilled (i would mix this up between the hot dogs) tomato shredded cheese green peppers mustard maybe ketchup on one of them The rest are just sauces and jalapeños which isn’t a typical hotdog topping for me, and relish which is redundant with the pickle. Oh and mushroom which could be good? I don’t think I’ve ever had a hot dog with mushrooms, so I’d have to be in an adventurous mood to try that. I do love them on burgers tho, especially places that give them on the side.
  4. sorry, deep down I am aware of this, it’s just that is what my first thought is every time when I see this title for some reason
  5. Wade doesn’t ban people for disagreeing with him or like 98% of this board would have been nuked the second someone asked how we like our steak cooked
  6. I meant more in that the tweet is obviously trying to paint a picture of it basically being as though there is a plague there, so when someone who lives there and is very data oriented posts and gives a more accurate account as to how much of an issue there truly is there, I’m appreciative of the information and I don’t think anyone needs to fight back at being presented with that information. Taken as it’s own, I wouldn’t have commented on that post :P
  7. I haven’t really heard anything about this movie, but I’m generally not a fan of the live action Transformers series, so I’ll probably pass
  8. Im trying to do as Brian describes and @Remarkableriots I said this was a standing offer, so if there is a game you would like or one coming soon, let me know!
  9. I personally don’t think it benefits the left any to intentionally buy into false narratives of their own (when again, there is soooo much actual stuff), but even if it DID, I at least want to know what the actual reality is myself. I’ve definitely seen a lot of steamrolling past truth (“so what, I’m on the right side so it doesn’t matter if it’s true as long as it sounds bad for the other side!”) on resetera, and before when I viewed twitter, and I’m not a huge fan of that way of processing information for myself. But I do understand the frustration that leads to it.
  10. They need to stick with what they do best; making games nobody ever asked for based on otherwise beloved IP
  11. There’s no need to make anything up to show that DeSantis is horrible at government. I always like just hearing the actual realities of situations even when it’s less fun.
  12. Even better it has a whole suite of adjustable difficulty accessibility options so you can tune it a bit to your liking without making it a cake walk. I think I only had to use them maybe once with the extra jump at one part but I always liked knowing they were there as a fallback. But yeah you can definitely make it a lot easier while having it still feel like a fun to play platformer (or a total cake walk if that’s what you want) Mr Run and Jump’s accessibility options unfortunately aren’t that great. It gives you an invincibility power up option that lasts for a screen, but that isn’t ever a good option. I don’t like it when Nintendo uses that either. I want to make it a little easier but I don’t want to essentially skip actually playing that section. I don’t use it at all, I’d rather just give up. You can also get an extra checkpoint within the screen, but even with tweaking it to have it show up more often, they are still super rare if you’ll get one when you need it or not. I hope we get a Celeste 2 some day.
  13. I’m pretty sure not being able to force other people to listen to them shit vomit is like the only violation of free speech they are concerned with
  14. Yeah, unfortunately by world 4 this has difficulty curved itself out of my enjoyment. Trying to even collect the orbs is no longer fun now. I spent hours on one of them and then soon they all became that hard or harder. You also need orbs (including orbs you get for collecting all the diamonds, which I would consider a form of self hatred to attempt) to unlock all of the levels in the last world, so that makes it worse. Im just trying to beat the levels now and see if maybe you get some kind of ending if you beat everything besides the ones you need orbs for. At this point even doing that is a bit much it’s so difficult but also it ruined my patience at this point, maybe if I started out doing that. Too bad as it’s a really tight, great controlling platformer with a fun move set and addictive die/reset/try again room based platforming challenges. And I do like the look of it a lot. But the difficulty just comes down to level design, and it is simply a flaw to make it this challenging. Especially with the requirements to unlock the last levels. My patience for platformers is much higher than say, a Souls game. I can do some hard stuff like Celeste and Super Meat Boy. The level design here just requires so much skill, use of the entire move set, memorization of the room and enemy patterns, perfect timing, and just pure lightning fast reflex speed, that it kind of sucks the joy out of the entire thing. It requires such perfection that it starts to stagnate any creativity in your platforming and turns into following strict orders to meet the demands of the level design. Im not done with it yet, I’m going to see if I can at least beat the levels they aren’t locking behind the requirements. But they really made what could have been a solid 8/10 platformer into a 6/10 frustrating experience because they simply couldn’t help themselves as the game goes on.
  15. Typically i if I’m making it at home, I use chicken apple sausages or regular sausage/polish sausage instead of hot dogs and actually with no bun either. Just layer three sausages with tons of sauerkraut, onions, relish, and brown mustard and some shredded cheese and eat that shit with a fork. If I feel like having a regular hot dog ass hot dog with a bun and everything then I also do Nathan’s
  16. Street hotdogs where they have the grill and are sautéing tons of onions and peppers to toss on are real good too, not sure what that style is
  17. This is true you can ruin it with too much mustard, if just overpowers everything.
  18. Which is why ham is usually on the pizza with the pineapple!
  19. Pineapple IN the hot dog bitcchhhhhh
  20. At least SOMEONE else appreciated chicago dogs, just ate three, sooooo good
