What is my mission? I'm in Austin Texas. What do you want to know about Austin Texas? More people moving in than moving out. People moving out to live in surrounding areas because the increased cost of housing. I have lived here since 2009 and I love it here. Lots of great live music and nice watering holes to cool off in the summer like Barton Springs and There are three parts to 6th street. Dirty 6th is the tourist trap full of young hooligans (not college kids)and a rough crowd. West 6th is nice and great people watching more upscale. East 6th is the cool part. Not as upscale as west but cool dives and great music. Although many that visit spend their time down town the city is full of spots to go and hang out and grab a drink. Austin is in the Hill country so the city is not flat like DFW and Houston. Also nice that the city is not nearly as big as the others. People complain if they have to drive more than 10 mins. There are tons of good pleases to eat. Austin has a huge green belt that you can go walk through and more nice places to cool off in the spring water. I like to play Disc Golf and there are a number of places to do just that in city parks. There is a shopping area called the Domain it is nice and growing. It is the upscale restaurants and shopping. Traffic is mostly north and south with the bottleneck being downtown on 35. Also don't forget to use Mopac as 35 is often very busy. Austin has a Formula One race Track and when that happens here it is great people watching. Austin loves Willie Nelson but not everyone is into country music. You have to go to certain places to hang out with the shit kickers. Austin doesn't have a national team for any sport so the town is a college town and people root for UT Longhorns. I haven't been to any games but maybe one day. A town above Round Rock has a minor league baseball team I have been to some of those games the Round Rock Express. You can make a day trip of San Antonio. It is only a little over an hour away. The city has a pretty good average education level since it is the capital and a college town. Also people here are mostly liberal. * It is like a bubble in Texas that is very different from the rest of the state. BBQ is great here. Best place is Franklins but get early and prepare to wait but it is worth it. However if you don't want to there are many other great BBQ spots. Are you visiting or moving?

Seems like a good idea to drop the low end for a launch box.

I have two duos, a pc enigne and an Express. I'm good. I'm considering the SSDS3 but I know it has some issues but most worked out or can possibly be resolved with mod after.

I think I might have to start over. They are not very clear where this is. The developers posted this just now on their Discord. "Regarding the chest bug that is blocking some people: Currently there is a bug that occurs on consoles when a player begins a game and then downloads the 1.02 update. The bug puts chests into the incorrect open/close state. As a result, some items that are required for progress are unobtainable. On PS4, 1.02 is already live, so we recommend restarting your game if you are seeing this issue. We do not know if/when an update will be available to fix the issue and retain save settings. The 1.02 update is not live YET on Xbox One. We are investigating whether we can work out a fix for Xbox to prevent the issue from repeating. Once we know whether a fix is incoming or not, we will let everyone know. We will let everyone know what is up before the 1.02 update goes live. Multiple Xbox players (and PS4 players who are already past the critical item crates) have asked what happens if they complete the game. Good news. If you complete the game you can convert that save to New Game + or make a new save and you'll be good to go. Just make sure you convert AFTER downloading 1.02. We will update this thread when we have more info. We apologize for the error."

Good on you. I'm not as good. I start trying to hack and slash my way then I learn the patterns. I grinned out a few levels then beat the 2nd boss last night. Also I'm not sure it has been said enough. The music is great. It really is. The music is a big part of Castlevania and it is the same in Bloodstained.

I always like when They add games to the greatest hits collection. It is a good time to take another look at a game.

When is Nintendo not the leading Software developer for their own console? Nintendo has a hit. It is a portable it is their console. It is both and it is working for them. Also good thing the WiiU was causing people to think Nintendo was walking dead.

@TomCat That article is not saying XBOX is 87th in making money they are 87th in brand recognition. It is really a distraction and has no weight in the conversation of which console has what specs. Collin you are calling a Sony Ponie and that he is biased and would slant his views to favor Sony. I agree he covers Sony in his game discussions. I think Collin is credible. I also know that until the final specs are public we will not know which is more powerful.

I am really enjoying the game. It is what I wanted. Yeah save often. It took a few tries to beat the first boss and then shortly after I beat them I died before reaching a new Save Room. So I have to beat the boss again. it also took a few more tries. Then I back tracked and saved. Now I try to survive to the next save room. I have died often. The PS4 version was mailed out and arrived on Monday for backers. So like a day early.

Playing more BloodStained. I beat the first boss last night. It has been fun. I’m using magic more than I thought.

I think PS3 emulation has come a long way. I'm hoping for an FPGA in the PS5 to solve this. It would be so great if the FPGA could be an Emotion Engine chip or Cell. Although it seems PS2 emulation is already here on PS4.

I just saw a gameplay video of this game. Now I have really missed out on this entire genre. I have limited exposure. This seems like a real change in the combat.

Well at least this is interesting. I think the trick is MS will have 2 boxes at launch. If I was either one I would keep those specs under warps until the last minute. Also keep a little head room. Nearly impossible task. What we heard is Scarlet is 4X more powerful than the One X so that Leaves the PS5 maybe somewhere north of this. For me if the PS5 does turn out to be completely backwards compatible with all numbered PlayStations then I will buy no mater what someday.

This packaging doesn't mention episodic. How many episodes is this being broken down for? Also charging us $50 each episode.

Surprisingly enough they said the Think Geek Stores will stay open.

I'm still upset over the horror stories on how they treat vintage games. Dam Think Geek going out of Business. What does that mean to the think geek in the GameStops? Are they going back to all games? Edit: I read their site. They are keeping the stuff at GameStop. I guess they are losing their online store? I don't see why not keep it online but they must be failing badly.

I need a mouse as well. I was looking at the naga but I found out I was looking at the refurbished model for like $49. Then the reviews where horrible recommended to buy it new. I didn't want to buy Logitech because I replacing two logitech mice that failed on me.
