You are right, they let other's do the grunt work on emulation BC and then sue them for it after posting the ROMs for people to play on their storefronts.

I feel like Zelda will win it. Just because it is a Zelda title. But damn this year has been very good to gamers again. But I would not be surprise to see Lies of P be left off as the VGAs will most certainly have things like Final Fantasy XVI, Diablo IV, Starfield and maybe Hogwart's Legacy on the GotY nominations.

Man I said at the start of the season I wasn't expecting a ton (maybe a .500 season). Never would have dreamed that all the youngsters would be going to the World Series. Also Russo needs to keep his word and retire now.
