The last time I did it was when the original Crow movie came out, I was tall, thin with long dark hair that was much the same cut so just the right black clothes and white+black makeup I was a dead ringer, wore that to the opening night and in this small town it was an absolute weirdo thing to do.. but it was fun so I didn't GAF.

Been hitting up some great tutorials trying to up my skills a bit, still need to learn proper cloth simulations and clothes design but as something that was just intended to be practice, it ended up being one of the best things I've done.

My son had been watching videos on Mario party like crazy lately and begging me to let him play, but I just don't want to hook up the Wii to do so, so I've been waiting for this one.. day one purchase even if it sucks, I mean he plays Hello Neighbor and Roblox so this has to be a step up.

At the end of the day if the world is still mostly true to the source material and it's well done then everyone will forget their issues, but it's concerning.

They tend to have one subject, like ghosts or zombies, but it's many scenes available and in dozens of formats based on how you'd project it (some made for windows, some made for walls, etc)

I just use cheap Epson projectors and you can either get some nice white blinds that let the light through, or FearFX has special plastic sheets you can hang up.

My kid has changed his mind 5 times this week on what he wants to go as, gotta get him in a store, pick and make him stick with it.

I'm getting an early start so I can do things right, every year I do animations rear projected onto my outer windows that are pretty popular with the kiddos, I usually start late and half ass it but this year I want to have time to do it right, I'll most likely need weeks to render the final version (I intend to have a wall and just hundreds of these crawling up them).. first I had to get one properly rigged and animated.. Done completely in Blender

I've tried to find more interesting things to beat off too, but haven't found anything yet.
