    You can also teach things that are in the textbook using primary sources. Part of what I mean about having good teachers. You have to do more work (I guess depending on your situation) but you can create more engaging worthwhile lessons.

    Missing Link was completely forgettable to me. Also noticed 1917 got a screenplay nom. Would never have nominated for that. The screenplay is low on the list for why that movie was so great.

    im genuinely surprised uncut gems got NO LOVE here. BP and Adam sandler should have been nominations. Would have taken out Pryce for him. I mean seriously when is Sandler gonna get another shot? And he was AMAZING.

    Lack of poc nominated for acting is a huge disappointment. They can claim they are diversifying their members but the proof is in front of us that they haven’t done enough. And this is a year with many GREAT poc performances. The Farewell was completely left out smh. Can they only handle one movie with subtitles? glasgow not getting nominated for best song is the biggest snub. Should be the winner of the category.

    Nobody said it was easy. It is one of the challenges of the job. I’m not saying a teacher is bad if they don’t reach some high standard.

    True but teachers can also expand on the content and a good history teacher would. They are not limited to what is just in the text and what’s given to them.

    It is a phenomenal achievement and a great film. I hope the physical release has a lot of special features. this is a movie you absolutely must see in the theatre if possible

    Ravens game was bizarre. Offense had a ton of yards and got the ball in good spots frequently and then would piss it away with turnovers, drops, and failed 4th down conversions. Sure Lamar didn’t play well but so much went wrong in a game where he was still moving the ball downfield without too much trouble. It’s a shame the racists get some footage to try and prove their idiotic point. And derrick Henry is a damn wrecking ball

    Climax 4/5 - WOW this movie is something else. I knew it would be since this is the same director as Irreversible. I thought the dialogue in the first 30 minutes wasnt very interesting. The dancing was great though. Then they realize they’ve been drugged and this shit becomes truly awesome. Now I kind of want to go back and watch the first 30 minutes. The choreography in this movie is just insane. Highly recommend to anybody who enjoys horror movies.

    There is no way Jordan Peele would agree to do this lol. He is way above marvel movies. He does it and people will just bitch at him. Unless Peele has ridiculous demands, he will get his next movie made no prob. he also said he doesn’t see himself casting a white person as the lead of a movie.
