I played through the first on normal and normal + and then did Grounded and Grounded + after watching a speed runner and seeing that you could skip like half the encounters without any actual combat.

I'll check out the pro controller and SD cards at Walmart this weekend, They did have a pro controller a few weeks ago last time I seriously looked. Looks like I can find them online without too much of a problem if they don't have them.

So my gf managed to snag me one off Best Buy for regular price and will arrive Wednesday. But it's just the system. So now I need a pro controller and the memory card. It's just regular micro SD card I need right? Hopefully I can get those without much hassle because I'd prefer to be all digital.

I'ts a ND game, it was going to get it's knob slobbed regardless. Now I happen to like the UC games and TLOU so I'm sure TLOU2 is fine. Maybe it's not really a 96 MC game or whatever it's at, but it will still be considered a great game by millions of people. Random question, do new PS4 controllers come with a cord to charge them? I'm not sure what problem I'm having as my controller was working, but multiple charger cords haven't been working. So not sure if a new controller would work or not. But as an aside my GF bought me a Switch arriving Wednesday but just the system so now I gotta get the pro controller and buy some games, so looks like my impulse decision to buy this is on hold.

Apparently rumors started to swirl that Sony was going to money hat a bunch of 3rd party 1 year exclusives including a possible FF16 tease. We did get GT7, some new Spider Man, Rachet, Demons Souls, and HZD2 so we got everything you could have reasonably expected, but not a lot more.

I'll 7.9'd this show. Before the Demons Souls remake I was thinking about how this was doing nothing to convince me to pre order it. GT7 and Ratchet are nice, but nothing mind blowing. HZ2 is cool and I enjoyed the first one, but it's also massively overrated at this point but I have no doubt the second will be a solid good time. Re8 just looked too weird for me. Digital edition saves me $50 so it's only $449 for me suckas if I get it day one. It's also Fugly AF and then is white to standout with it's ugliness. Just give me an ugly black box that will blend it with all the other black boxes in my black entertainment center. If Ratchet and Demons Souls are launch titles then I'lll be there day 1. If those are next year I'm not so sure.

Fuck yes Demons Souls. Redeemed. I was just thinking how this was making me not want to pre order a PS5 but they got their hooks in me now.

My company just announced we're working from home until at least October. Also we had a company survey about working from home and the company was shocked that 96% of us took it, 95% of us who did said we want to continue to wfh in some capacity with 50% saying they want to wfh full time.

That's basically where I'm at. I just don't have the time I did back in the day the OG Gran Turismo games were at to practice as much as I did, so I leave the line in as a lazy assist because well I just can't take 20 cars around a track for a few laps like I used to in the PS1-2 GT days.

I have to say that Forza introducing that driving assist line has completely destroyed me for racing games without it. I know you can turn it off, but I tried to play GT Sport and while it's great, I had grown so used to the racing assist line it completely fucked up my racing game skills. I need to git gud and turn that crap off.

Hmmmm Demons Souls (beaten mostly by cheese, but since it let me cheese it that makes it easy. ) Dark Souls 3 beaten Dark Souls 2 beaten Dark Souls beaten Bloodborne beaten Sekiro made me rage quit and never go back. Demons Souls you can toxic mist cheese most bosses and NPC's which I did. I want to replay it without doing that. Dark Souls 3 isn't too bad Dark Souls 2 SOTFS is only hard in the sense of they throw a million fucking enemies at you all the time Dark Souls, I'm probably over stating since it was my first true souls experience Bloodborne I think was just an adjustment in play style.
