Better Off Dead
First time I've seen this in over a decade and it held up way better than I thought it would.
Some really great lines but this one tops them: Now that's a real shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy like that.
There was a neat little Easter egg I never noticed til now. At the dance scene, Amanda Wyss was followed by one of the baddie's henchmen, who was wearing a Freddy Krueger sweater. Wyss played Tina, Freddy's 1st victim, in the original ANOES, released the year before.
Though knowing what we know, the Dan Schneider parts were extra creepy. The creep even got a happy ending when he wound up with someone younger than Diane Franklin ().
