One time Wade fought a giant goose and it ended in a draw

It all started as I was strolling in a park, minding my own business, when this large goose strolled up to me and started honking at me in aggressive manner.

I immediately demanded that this insolent water fowl cease and desist in its actions lest they result in fisticuffs, but the iniquitous creature mockingky ignored my request and approached me threateningly.  Of course, at this point I raised my fists and declared, "Very well - let's have a go at it, shall we?"

The perfidious beast lunged at me with its beak and I neatly sidestepped its initial strike before taking a swing at its skull which failed to sufficiently connect.  The dastardly avian continued to lunge, peck, and withdraw in an effort to confound my attempts to end this bout in my favor.

After about 10 minutes of this mutual futility, we both agreed to call it a draw to preserve our respective senses of honor.  I bid my adversary, "Right - that was quite the tussle, eh?  Well played, sir.  Well played indeed!"

And we both set off on our ways.
