Nintendo Dragon Quest 1 - 3 getting released along side DQ 11?!

Growing up, my dad used to always tell me to 'go get him a Switch'. Sure, the beatings that followed were pretty severe, but now I know he was just teaching me a lesson for this point in life... that through pain brings pleasure.

Yeah, but they're the mobile versions and that art style is blah to me. Leaning toward passing on this and playing them on SFC like I'd originally planned.

Yeah, we just had a thread the other day where someone blamed Nintendo for Baldur’s Gate pricing.

The Android versions look pretty close to the SFC versions. It's hard to tell in the small screenshots but at least some of the character sprites appear to be SFC style, others might have been smoothed out but nothing like FFV & FFVI.

Having already seen both, they really don't.

I have those and those were the versions I'd originally intended to play before I found out the SFC versions had fan translations. I also have all the NES games, but I'm never going to play those versions, either.
