Ghost_MH
Is this in line to be their musical or not?
Mercury33
Is this hand drawn or are they just teasing with the concept art?
Keyser_Soze
Is this the one that ripped off the anime?
IdeaOfEvil
Can we just skip ahead to recasting Cassie Steele with a black actress so the internet can properly troll itself without having to wait?
Pikachu
Quote Long ago, in the fantasy world of Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well. From directors Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, co-directors Paul Briggs and John Ripa, producers Osnat Shurer and Peter Del Vecho, and featuring the voices of Kelly Marie Tran as Raya and Awkwafina as the last dragon Sisu, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Raya and the Last Dragon” opens in U.S. theaters on March 2021. TheLeon
It’s getting compared to Avatar/Korra a lot already, not that that’s a bad thing. Looks good!
Mercury33
Soooo not a musical?
TwinIon
Looks fine. Trailer wasn't bad but didn't blow me away. The real question is how many theaters it'll actually be in when we get to March.

I'm guessing this isn't a musical with their next musical being next year's Encanto with Lin Manuel Miranda handling the music. After the work he did on Moana, I'm quite looking forward to a Latin America soundtrack with him at the helm. Either way, I like what I see, so I'm looking forward to this.
