DA2 is a weird one where it’s limitations (stuck in the city, repeated environments) ended up really clicking for me as I enjoyed kind of living in the city and getting invested in the lives of the citizens there. The Dragon Age name is nowhere big enough to have mass appeal, so if you want to make a God of War style game, just make a new IP, it'll probably sell similar numbers without pissing off the people who want the original Dragon Age's style to come back instead of this identity crisis bullshit.
