Nice. My province intends to build these in 10-20 years to get us away from coal/natural gas. Most of Canada has plentiful hydro power, but the prairies don't, so nuclear is the best option moving forward (and is actually being championed by Conservatives). NASA and DARPA to partner on nuclear thermal propulsion demonstration - SpaceNews SPACENEWS.COM NASA and DARPA will cooperate on the development and flight demonstration of a nuclear propulsion system with applications for both agencies.
