Mental health.

Ideally I would lose 30-50lbs, but I don't want to compromise strength for it. I really need the muscular exhaustion for my mental health because otherwise work stresses bottle up and I end up rage quitting. I find that lifting to exhaustion helps contain that and I find it very rewarding, of course, it in turn makes me hungry. Generally I eat vegetarian at home (+eggs) although I'll eat meat when I go to a restaurant.

But generally I want to be thinner and stronger. 😅

Ok, last question, that routine you showed me? Is that a daily session? How do you divide it up?

Every time, daily session, all of those, in about that order unless someone is using that equipment, then I'll go to the next and come back to it.

I’d definitely mix it up. That’s a lot of volume with limited angles. Even when I’m enhanced I don’t do that much volume in a session.

Do any supplements help with weight loss?

I was thinking L-Carnitine and green tea extract?

Anybody here use T-hero or total T? Maybe something I should try since I'm 41?

Without exercise no, with yes. For example I take a thermogenic that helps give me energy and burn more fat/sweat more. But if you just take that you'll just be jittery with no fat burn.

Only thing that ever worked for me was clen and albuterol but the sides suck monkey taint.

I got a late Christmas gift I wasn't expecting. Exercise bike pro form 400 RI from family, and I already get a way better workout with this, and I'm wiped out under an hour. I'll try to improve the distance each day and adjust the resistance. I've been able to do 10 miles each day so far. I haven't sweated this much in awhile but still feel good afterwards.

First run post-flu last night. 4 miles and felt fine, though where I live I had to run up a hill to get away from my road, then I also had to run up a hill along a stretch of road, then I had to run up a hill to get back to my house - which feels unfair.

On the downside, I confidently leapt onto the pavement after crossing the road, slipped on a leaf and skinned my knee - which looks fairly horrific this morning.

Oh we’ll, circuit training and walking tonight and rugby on Saturday!

Enjoy your upcoming vacation no matter what condition you're in. Don't stress on that imo because you're probably harder on yourself than you should be.

I’ll enjoy it assuming I look good enough.

its only Costa Rica but still, have to be a good ambassador for America 😂
