  2. So assuming you aren’t removed from a jury you would still need to convince the other 11 to nullify. A hung jury doesn’t lead to nullification or acquittal it will more likely than not lead to a mistrial

  4. You wouldn’t be nullifying anything, you’d be kicked out of the jury most likely if the judge catches wind of your intent to nullify
