My plan is to get back to this game after I finish Days Gone. I've beaten all the other mainline AC games, I can't let this one go unfinished.

Got to some good story stuff last night. I also still haven't taken on any hordes yet, beyond the first small one. If I can't do it til after I beat the game, I probably won't mess with that part much.

Yeah, I specified the original to make sure it was separate from Turtles in Time. I clearly said all three games were the arcade versions. Hell, they'd all have to be to have 3 people playing them. Don't blame me for you failing to read properly.

I like watching my husband play old, difficult games. Stuff like Parodius, Ninja Gaiden, Castlevania. I can't beat them, I lack the patience. But it's fun to watch him and play occasionally get mad at all the cheap deaths.

We had a friend of mine over today for some games. We played through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles(original), Turtles in Time, and Battletoads, all on the arcade boards, then finished with a few rounds of Mario Kart 8 and Smash Ultimate. Good times. Husband and I are probably gonna play more Shining Force in a bit. I'm at the very least going to play more Days Gone tonight after he goes to bed.

The idea of the FF VII remake having the same style battle systems as these new FF games is thoroughly disheartening. Not to mention the fact it's going to be episodic. My excitement is almost nonexistent. I'm mildly curious to see what they'll show.

Shining Force: Final Conflict on Game Gear, though we're actually playing it on a MiSTer since there were issues getting the TV mod for GG to work.

It's just how I feel, man. There's so many games out, I'm fairly picky these days.

I'm really excited for what Nintendo is releasing this year. Fire Emblem, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, and Link's Awakening remake? I am hyped. I can't wait to put in another 200+ hours into AC. Halo and Gears does nothing for me. But that's par for the course for most MS "exclusives." Ori seems neat from what I played of the first one, but I can get it on PC.

Yeah, I haven't missed the headphone jack since they removed it from iPhone. I thought I would when they first announced it, but it really hasn't made a difference for me. I just make sure my phone is charged if I'm gonna be unable to charge it all day.

Absolutely nothing. Every time I've tried VR, I get sick. I ain't ever investing the money in it.

I pretty much only care about what Nintendo is gonna show now that Sony's out. Microsoft has nothing to offer me, I don't really care about Ubi outside of AC and no AC this year, I'm mildly interested in SE for Dying Light and Final Fantasy VII, and I couldn't care less about EA. I didn't even realize there was gonna be a Dying Light sequel. I really enjoyed the first game and I still need to play the expansion.

I wouldn't know about locally since I get all my games from Amazon, with the exception of an occasional LE preorder from Gamestop.

Wonder how rare Q2 will actually be. The premium edition is still up for preorder on Amazon.

Wow, I guess I'm glad I got YW3, even if I've barely touched it. and I've got the CE for PQ2 preordered, holy shit that one crept up on me! Supposed to have a new friend coming over on Sunday and he wants to play Triforce Heroes. Haven't messed with that one in a while.

Another day in 'Murica

I still like the game, but I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to beat it.

I thought it was fantastic and I'll definitely play the B scenario at some point, but there's just too many games for me to spend that much time with one after I've beaten it.

Okay, that makes a little more sense. I still need to play Claire B in RE2.
