Deus Ex is among my favorite series, so bring it. Im skeptical, but still, bring it.

Im pretty excited about this. Devolver nailed it with Nobody Saves the World, and im all in on this game. It looks great.

She reminds me of Dreamcastguy on spawncast, or Janet Garcia on MinnMax and PSILYXOXO (which is currently the worst playstation podcast, every episode is abkut nonsense), they just make the content worse.

Im guessing its previously signed contracts, no different than the next 3 CoD, or Deathloop with MS. Those contracts are signed years ahead.

Its far from perfect, and id much prefer a proper pixel remake, but im still extremely excited to get a copy of a game I've wanted forever now, so it is what it is.

Diofield Chronicles, this, Valkyrie Elysium, SE is definitely dropping a lot that im looking forward to. And still to come is Crisis Core release date.

Im getting to some Game Pass stuff after im done with XBC3. I'm also finishing Trails of Cold Steel on PS5. But mostly, I'm committed to not ignoring my xbox and getting to Halo Infinite, Record of Lodoss War, and Forza Horizon Hot Wheels expansion.

FFIV and VI have great, straight forward stories. Chrono Trigger has a great story. Xenogears has an incredible (but very complex) story. Y's 8. So far Trails of Cold Steel is also very good. Triangle Strategy has an excellent story. Theres plenty more, but if all the JRPG'S you're playing are chosen one stories, you missed a lot. Ill agree that in general, they could definitely be a little less horny though. Playing Trails of Cold Steel right now, snd every single female on your team looks like a perfect, silicon enhanced, Anime playboy model (except the one that looks like a child, becauseof course), optional bunny ears included. I definitely wish Japanese devs would move away from some of that stuff. Especially the shit with hyper sexualized children (and the ridiculous fan excuse that they aren't actually children), but I stay away from that stuff completely, I find it disturbing. On Topic: I'm about 18 hours into this game, and it's a ton of fun. I really like the gravity of the whole situation, especially with Mio. Gonna be really interesting to see where this goes. This was the perfect time to release this game. Nothing big nearby it (I'll be buying Cult of the Lamb on the 11th, but thats it until Cowabunga Collection) Giving people a month to get through it before big releases hit in September was a really great move, instead of launching it in the middle of the fall season.

Gamepass 2023 looks amazing, but man, the next couple of months are bleak. I keep getting free months anyway through the ms rewards system, im good for like two years, but that's a disappointing list. Too bad they hadn't gotten Cult of the Lamb or Cowabunga Collection.

Im absolutely hooked on XBC3. Its the perfect post knee surgery game. I do my knee exercises and then play for two hours. Rinse and repeat. Except when the muscle relaxants make me pass out, but I try not to take them too often.

Live A Live and XBC3. I also finished Triangle Strategy this morning, which is in my top 5 games this year.

This game is so fun so far. Qol is great, story is interesting, the cclass system seems deep. Game is incredible. Also the music is so good!

Nah. That wasn't how it started, and there absolutely people who had real problems with games journalism that got overshadowed by an angry group of hateful fools, but it started with very valid concerns. Of course, journalists used the hateful fools as a way to ignore the valid problems people have with them and their work, and to pretend nobody had real concerns about their connections to the industry. Hell, one girl, Sophia Narwits, reported on the E3 leak years back, and guys like Schreier harrassed her online forever. When apple put up a graphic showing the top gaming podcasts, and Sacred Symbols was at the top, journalists immediately took a fit and attacked Colin Moriarty because he's successful. Those same people used their Twitter minions to attack Gene Park for allowing Colin to interview him. Colins crime? A joke, and being a conservative (who very publicly left the party the same day Trump was nominated in 2016). But hey, nobody seems to mind when it's their own side starting the pile on, I guess, so my sympathy for them is almost nothing. Oh, absolutely, thats why I said they turned a valid problem (access journalism) into a harassment campaign. Maybe you misunderstood what I wrote, but I was saying that its too bad it went that way, because no matter how you look at it, there are major problems in games journalism. Again, I was never saying it wasn't a harassment campaign, I was saying its sad that it had to become that. And its not just reviews, thats the least important part, its everything else going on that they refuse to report on, like Console makers using Uighur slave labor, low pay in the industry while companies make record profits, abuse of devs (which they only report when governmentgets involved), etc. On Topic: I played about 3 hours last night, and so far im enjoying myself. Perfect game for me right now, as I had knee surgery a few days ago, and have to spend a lot of time sitting with my leg up. Not being able to run in the morning is driving me a bit nuts though, hard to focus with all the excess energy. I plan on playing this all day today, but im considering dumping the game on to my Steamdeck now that I got the required bridge. Its sad that the OLED has such a great screen with such terrible hardware. This is a video for any deck owners who also own an original Switch. It's pretty easy, you just need to order the little bridge they show in this video. Unfortunately, only the earliest models work, im glad I kept mine when I got the OLED.

Play a magic user first time through if you're having a lot of trouble in DS, makes it quite a bit easier. And yeah, Spiderman is just a remaster, it wasn't built ground up for ps5.

DS is the best looking game on the console so far. So amazing.

I really do have problems with games "journalists". Its sad that Gamergate had to become a harassment campaign, because some groups really did have very valid points in regards to the problems with games journalism. Its every bit as bad as the incestuous access journalism that is a blight on politics, except obviously less important. Like Blizzard and Riot. Every journalist knew what was going on, but they shut up because they were scared of losing access to all of the devs under their umbrella. And If they didnt know, they don't deserve to call themselves journalists, because it would be obvious they weren't doing their jobs. Also, journalists shouldn't be friends with devs whose work they critique, and it happens way too often.
