I find that so crazy. I paid slightly more than you for a similar sized home, with 218 acres of farm land. Mind you the cattle and farming equipment were another 105k on top of the 690 the wife and I paid. (We put about 45k in the house to modernize it and insulate it as well) of course, I get that you’re competing for homes in your markets. But I just find it crazy that a house like that, probably on less than an acre, costs that much. I have a buddy who just paid a little over a million for 2300 acres in one of the nicest countryside’s in Montana. Prime grazing land, on the Missouri River.

That’s bullshit. Legal gun owners are not doing anything dangerous with guns. When you point a gun at another person (except in self defence) you are a criminal, using a weapon dangerously. People buy guns for many reasons, but it’s rarely to kill innocent people. But it’s those people who are dangerous, not the gun. Almost everybody I know owns multiple guns. None of them have ever used them in a dangerous manner, because we aren’t fucking criminals
