It was a mixed bag. There were some flat out bad episodes (the pilot and episode 4 come to mind), most of the characters besides Niko and Cass are never fleshed out. Niko's husband wzas ridiculous. It was fun watching Selma Blair ham it up, but damn can you tell her MS is eating away at her fast I enjoyed it, but it wasn't amazing. There were some very good episodes though.

Ok, so this i s ridiculous. This girl says he held her hands and looked into her eyes, and then she goes on to say this, as if holding her hand and looking into her eyey is in any way, shape, or form, a case of rape. I imagine if he raped ANY woman, he wouldn't be on TV anymore. Then there was the fact that she "Spent so much time speaking to reporters that she didn't want to be questioned by investigators? That whole story sounds fishy. It LITERALLY sounds like she's only worried about a settlement. I thought the first episode was a frantic mess, but second and third were quite enjoyable. I wasn’t a fan of the fourth, it was too obviously a vehicle to show us Niko’s past. I haven’t gotten to watch more yet, will probably watch an episode or two tonight.

I don’t see anything weird or redundant about honoring a fallen brother on the battlefield after a battle, then showing the celebration of his life.
