  1. Ion Fury is one of my favorite FPSs in recent years, and I’m currently waiting for Aftershock to come to PS4. This sequel looks really good too, but it’s made by a different dev team.
  2. Scars Above is a pretty good third person sci-fi survival horror game set on an alien planet, I think that you’ll like it.
  3. I was originally part of the fucked foot gang, but now I’m part of the no foot gang. My foot was so fucked it had to be amputated.
  4. Are there any differences between the Saturn and PS1 versions of Grandia? I’m glad that this collection has the Dreamcast version of Grandia II, because I heard that the PS2 version was rough. This collection should have included Grandia III as well because it seems incomplete without it. While I didn’t like it quite as much as the first two games, I still liked it enough to want to play it again.
  5. Is Xbox 360 considered retro gaming now? I still play it regularly and buy games for it occasionally although I pretty much have everything that I want for it at this point. I have a big physical game collection for it, I started buying most of what I wanted for it in the early to mid PS4/Xbox One generation because games for it were fairly cheap back then. Some games still are, but I have a lot that have gone up in price quite substantially since then. I have Lord of the Rings: War in the North and enjoyed what I played of it back when I got it, but I didn’t finish it. It’s yet another game that I have that I plan on going back to and finishing some day.
  6. It’s about time, it only took five years. I never understood why this only came out for Switch especially considering that the first Grandia was on PS1. I gave up hope of this coming to PS4 so I recently bought the PS1 version of Grandia from the PS Store for $10 which I’m not happy about now, but I’m glad that I’ll finally be able to get this for PS4 because I’ve been wanting it ever since it originally came out back in 2019.
  7. You all know that I’m the king of AA and indie games, they’re primarily what I play these days. Of course I’ll play more AAA games when I get a PS5, but AA and indie games will continue to be some of my favorites.
  8. I started playing Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, and I’m digging it. It’s a co-op third person cover shooter spin-off game in the Resident Evil series, and nothing like the main survival horror games. But I knew that going in, and I’m enjoying it for what it is. It’s a pure action shooter with you and three AI squad mates making your way through linear levels killing waves of soldiers, mobs of zombies and other RE enemies. The graphics are really good, and the gameplay is solid. It’s somewhat typical for the third person shooter genre, but still fun offering nonstop action.
  9. This is great news, thanks for letting me know.
  10. I started playing Burnhouse Lane, and it’s a really good dark and disturbing 2.5D side scrolling psychological horror adventure game.
  11. Burnhouse Lane Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition Escape Dead Island Isekai Rondo Maglam Lord Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Star Trek Teslagrad 2 Trinity Fusion Wavetale Weird West
  12. What happened to this game, there hasn’t been any information about it since the trailer two years ago.
  13. I started playing Indivisible, and I’m digging it. It’s a 2.5D side scrolling adventure platformer with active turn-based combat. The art and animation are especially good. @crispy4000 and @stepee have you played it?
  14. This is one of my favorite games from the PS3/Xbox 360 generation. I’m really looking forward to playing the sequel when I get a PS5.
  15. That’s my favorite Deus Ex game, playing as the female protagonist voiced by Lauren Bailey.
  16. New albums from female fronted rock/metal bands Amaranthe, Elettra Storm, Illumishade, Leah, Lutharo and New Years Day.
  17. This is why I can’t always trust what some reviews and people say about game lengths, because I usually find games to be longer than a lot of critics and other gamers do because I take my time playing them thoroughly. Thanks for the impressions of this game, I’m definitely going to buy it when it’s on sale again at the PS Store. I would have bought it the last time that it was on sale had I known that it was 8-9 hours instead of 3-4.
  18. That’s a lot longer than 3-4 hours like some reviews and people on Steam stated that it was. 8-9 hours is a good length for the type of game that is, so if it’s that long I will buy it sooner rather than later.
  19. This Bed We Made looks really good, but apparently it’s really short like only a few hours so I’m going to wait and get it when it’s on sale for $15 or less.
  20. Yeah, you have a youthful look based on the pictures that I’ve seen of you. As for gray hairs, I’ve been getting a lot more lately due to getting older and having more stress. I shave my head so they’re not really noticeable in my hair for that reason, but I have a beard which has been getting grayer and grayer.
  21. Yeah, my mom is 75 and still considers me to be somewhat young. Part of that’s because I look and act younger than I am. People usually think that I’m in my early 40s, my mom says that I look younger than my younger brother who is 42.
