  1. SaysWho?

    I'm 31.

What Slug said. I was excited to turn 30 and it's been a lot of fun. There's nothing that different mentally or physically from 29 or 30, so there was nothing to fear about it. I also look better than I did in my late 20s because I realized I've no reason to let the mentality of, "It's harder to lose weight," become reality. Yes, people get wider when they get older on average, but you don't have to settle for what you're told is "supposed" to happen to you. I feel more control than I ever did in my 20s.
  2. Bernie Sanders becomes top candidate for college students Warren's decline matches her recent decline in the polls (not necessarily permanent). I did the math, and the Democrats combined get 77.3% of the college vote to Trump's 17.3%.
  3. He argues that urban areas should count for less because so many people live in so small a place, aka he argues for an electoral college system statewide. He also inadvertently argued a good case for birth control.
  4. Speaking of which, The Verge is observing Playstation's anniversary with a host of cool articles about its history. One of them: The portable PlayStations were Sony at its most ambitious
  5. The mocking of the Huckabees and Trump never stopped, doe.

  7. You know what bothers me about Jabba's palace? Lando lifting down his mask. It's done as a reveal, but he doesn't need it to look at what's happening, so it's literally only down for the audience. FFFUUU-
  8. Yeah, it is really lame. My nephews want Dreams, and my brother wants to get it for them because it looks cool. Aight, that's great, but I can buy it for them for Christmas. How they run their first party apparatus is so different than how they run their online. I guess at least the storefront isn't just some basic web site stuff at the start of the PS3?
  9. Gamstat tracks everything that's added on PSN. Bless the Reset user who caught this.
  10. I actually became more impressed with him this year. Despite a misguided decision, I think, to run for president, he still understood the importance of Democratic control in states:
  11. And the multiplayer has this great sense of community. You can see some of the Souls influences with messages and words of encouragement along the way, but you can also see outlines where someone is resting and communicate with them, you're notified when people are using your roads, like, shit. Also am enjoying the influences to the world, seeing the roads built or the other porters coming back if MULES aren't present. Getting the unlocks on the Chiral Network and seeing other people's shit is honestly underappreciated from me, but it's a great reward and, again, a great sense of community to link another part of the country to the network and thus unlock help from other players.
  12. My PS4 is 2013-old and hasn't had that issue. O_______O Sounds like you're having as much fun as I expected, at least! The software is great for a new, fledgling tech. Tomorrow, I'll see if I can look up more info for you on this.
  13. Part of the reason is I love the Poirot novels, and it was great getting a new mystery the likes of The ABC Murders or Death on the Nile. So more whodunits from Johnson? Fuck, I can only get so erect.
  14. At rank 17, I don't think they're facing us. Iirc, both teams were ranked higher and closer together last year.
  15. I've been updating the OP throughout this primary season. 16. https://www.boxofficemojo.com/article/ed3278898180/?ref_=bo_hm_hp Frozen II: With an estimated $85.2 million three-day and a $123.7 million five-day performance, Disney's Frozen II not only topped the standard and extended weekend, it delivered record performances serving as the largest three and five-day grosses over the Thanksgiving holiday frame ever. To go along with that, the film has now grossed over $287 million in just ten days of release trailing just Incredibles 2 over the same number of days, which stood at an impressive $349.7 million after just ten days. In fact, Frozen II is already the 17th highest grossing animated film ever and is showing little sign of stopping. Knives Out: In second place is Lionsgate's release of Rian Johnson's Knives Out, which came in well ahead of expectations, delivering an estimated $41.7 million over the five-day weekend, serving as the 16th largest five-day Thanksgiving opening ever. The film is also looking at a strong run ahead as word of mouth seems high thanks to an "A-" CinemaScore and what is currently an 8.1/10 rating on IMDb. The opening weekend audience was 51% male with 68% of the overall crowd coming in aged 25 or older. https://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/2019W48/?ref_=bo_at_a Rank-LW-Title-Distributor Gross-LW Comparison-Theaters-Change-Per Theater Average-Total Gross-Weeks 1 1 Frozen II Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures $85,250,000 -34.6% 4,440 - $19,200 $287,573,344 2 2 - Knives Out Lionsgate $27,022,000 - 3,461 - $7,807 $41,700,000 1 3 2 Ford v Ferrari Twentieth Century Fox $13,221,000 -16% 3,585 +57 $3,687 $81,003,779 3 4 3 A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood Sony Pictures Releasing $11,800,000 -11% 3,235 - $3,647 $34,313,989 2 5 - Queen & Slim Universal Pictures $11,700,000 - 1,690 - $6,923 $15,810,000 1 6 4 21 Bridges STX Entertainment $5,820,000 -37.2% 2,665 - $2,183 $19,459,419 2 7 6 Playing with Fire Paramount Pictures $4,200,000 -7% 2,679 -81 $1,567 $39,203,808 4 8 5 Midway Lionsgate $3,957,000 -14.7% 2,375 -252 $1,666 $50,278,625 4 9 10 Joker Warner Bros. $2,030,000 -26.1% 1,146 -264 $1,771 $330,601,522 9 10 9 Last Christmas Universal Pictures $1,980,000 -36.1% 1,852 -559 $1,069 $31,658,680 4
