  1. Overcooked - I talked about it in my Overcooked thread, but it's a 100% recommend if you have friends or a girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/husband to play with. Resident Evil 3 Remake -- Definitely recommend. It's not quite Resident Evil 2 Remake, but it's not as short as reviews claim, and it's a lot of fun. It's more action-oriented, and there's less, "You're in this place for a while and doors will be crying out to be opened for half the game." Locked doors don't stay locked for long in this. Still, I'm happy to say that the engine and gameplay work well in a more action-oriented world, and I think playing it on Hardcore (scarcer resources) will give me a better sense of item management than normal. 2020 Games Death Stranding Overcooked Resident Evil 3 Remake
  2. Also, liberals could cut into the Wisconsin Supreme Court's majority in a significantly more important race:
  3. Reminder that Wisconsin is holding their primary tomorrow. This potentially could be another blowout, but we won't know because people can vote after Election Day. Also, the circumstances between the Democratic governor and the Republican legislature, and the enormous amount of absentee ballots requested, are what have been making news.
  4. Where does this WM fall for those of you who watched? I imagine it likely wasn't one of the better ones. I can't imagine Rock/Austin WM17, Rock/Hogan WM18, or Rock/Cena WM28 (Jesus, the Rock each time?) without the hot crowd.
  5. Apparently, the family is censoring her cause of death. Before: No longer there. If you want compassion toward other humans, remember that this censorship kills, and her post kills. She didn't have a different opinion; she was wrong and could have hurt other people with her "wake up" idiocy. She likely did hurt others by exposing herself to them or by influencing them. Let's have compassion by going after the misinformation if you want fewer people to die; posts and wrong-headed views like this are significantly less compassionate than thinking she was a health risk to others. Right-wing news dying would save many lives as well.
  6. I'm around 3 to 4 hours in and I feel like I'm coming to an end soon? I could be wrong. I feel like I am because the reviews said it was five hours, and I haven't been rushing. At the same time, I played the demo, so I didn't really have much trouble getting around the city. Also, locked doors don't stay locked for long. I did like in RE2make that a door would sit there, taunting you for hours until you found a way to open it. I haven't encountered that here. That said, this IS a lot of fun, and there's a time when you switch characters: After this I have to get back to Yakuza Kiwami 2, but I'm really tempted after all this RE to try RE7 in VR.
  7. It's always aggravating to hear subhuman slime say something like, "What good does it do blaming people?" They literally raked Hillary over saying, "What difference does it make now?" over four people dying due to terrorists, but tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people who didn't need to die but will due to the enormous incompetence of this administration is not worth criticizing? We always having to come together when a Republican is president...
  8. So the tweet Soledad O'Brien quoted from the Surgeon General is getting some traction.
  9. I really hope so. Apparently, NY just reported their first decrease in either deaths or cases (or both?). My g/f told me about it 5 minutes ago.
  10. I think it might be top 5 for Carlin. His last one was everything that made him great and a fantastic sendoff. Complaints and Grievances is a laugh riot and his last "high energy" one. Back in NY was Carlin on fire. It'd be number 4 for me.
  11. Just popping in to say that Kotaku recommends not watching the most recent FF7R trailer. I have no idea if the spoilers have anything to do with it, but just in case.
  12. If it isn't clear by now: Rick Scott, Ron DeSantis and every Republican in Florida are walking, talking pieces of shit.
  13. Ron DeSantis was warned about Florida’s broken unemployment website last year, audit shows @Jose
  14. You missed the opportunity to say, "I'll be the judge of what I'm looking forward to," which would have been the first time either of us used this accurately.
  15. Privately, Republicans admit that the $77.9 million system that is now failing Florida workers is doing exactly what Scott designed it to do — lower the state’s reported number of jobless claims after the great recession.
  16. This is the guy cited in the OP. Glad we could give him attention: Very interesting how many of these weird Xbox/MS fanboys are talking about "concerning" things like that guy from Windows Central about the other company and then saying they're just asking if it's true.
  17. That guy protected his account. I love these Twitter folk. "I was just asking questions!" lol
  18. Naughty Dog said logistics, Schreier said shipping and to expect more delays. If you want to think it's just Sony's two games and that this won't have obvious ramifications for consoles, good luck with the impending series of disappointments coming your way.
  19. https://www.theguardian.com/music/2020/apr/03/bill-withers-influential-soul-singer-dies-aged-81
  20. Yeah, dude, if anything needs any kind of part -- case, hard drive, fans, whatevs -- it's likely going to have problems with manufacturing and shipping. Keep your expectations low for anything you're looking forward to in 2020. My heart is still hurting from TLOU2's delay.
