  1. The 3 who voted the other way were Alito, Roberts and Kagan. Also, I always thought you needed a unanimous jury everywhere. O_O
  2. That's true, but something I wonder would not get much coverage if it's more widespread than she: I have a friend who's not a Bernie Stan, voting enthusiastically for Obama and Biden and attending their rallies. Despite that, she's not voting for Biden after the sexual assault allegations. She doesn't want to compromise her morals and she'd rather wait for a better Democrat in 2024. She's a straight Democratic ticket feminist voter.
  3. He played that when I saw him live three years ago. I honest to God never heard of it because I don't listen to much of his 80s stuff besides the first and last albums he released that decade.

  5. This video reminded me of another: Mirror's Edge! It's weird: the first game seems beloved, a really cool new IP last gen, unique, etc. Yet I'm about 90% sure I beat it because I can't remember for the life of me if I did or what I did in the game.
  6. Damn it, that was the joke but you got more laughs wondering about it than I did making it fml
  7. Look, it maybe hypocritical of Trump to complain about getting nothing done, and maybe it seems hysterical that he of all people complains more than anybody, and yes it's likely ridiculous that he's saying a person with a sky high approval rating has bad numbers when Trump's numbers are cratering
  8. So, today I learned that this guy who I see on so many Trump tweets: is Joey Salads, the guy who used to do prank/experiment videos on Youtube, and the guy who did this:
  9. He did a good job ramping up testing in the state. And he gives these conferences daily, with easy to follow power points with good info. Credit where it's due; he's doing a lot right. Also, that liberate shit is scary.
  10. Trump is odd man out as approval ratings soar for world leaders’ handling of the coronavirus pandemic Trump loves Rasmussen, and yet: Other world leaders:
  11. fyi: His swimming poll deaths number is at least two digits off. Drowning deaths in general are at 4000 a year according to the CDC. His number of 360,000 for swimming pool deaths is horseshit.
  12. Here's the full Ingraham/Fauci clip: Side note: Remember how well Reagan did with AIDS/HIV? haha jk he sucked
  13. Jacksonville to reopen beaches - with limitations. Mayor Lenny Curry sees efforts to flatten the curve paying off
  14. The trio will front One World: Together at Home featuring a slew of A-list stars on Saturday April 18 between 8pm and 10pm. The event, which is curated by Lady Gaga, has been put together by social action platform Global Citizen and the World Health Organization.
  15. Showing Trump on a calendar is a really great way of showing his inconsistent and disastrous response.
  16. Could New York help the rest of the country with testing considering how far ahead they are?
  17. While we don't have enough information to know how the coronavirus responds to cooler weather versus warmer weather, I've read (briefly, so I don't know specifics) that there's a potential for a second big wave next winter. That being the case, maybe they're basing this on an assumption or information that this spreads easier during the winter.
  18. Oh shit, usually they have a remembrance package the next live show in front of a crowd, but that's not happening here.
  19. It's posted in the main thread, but for those who don't lurk but remember him, he was one of the best, if not the best. https://www.espn.com/wwe/story/_/id/29044000/long-wwe-ring-announcer-howard-finkel-dies-69
