Especially for the side missions and collectables. I still remember most of my first listen through of The History of Rome was while doing the bottle searches in Sly 2. Also the side missions of Saint's Row 3 and the orb collecting in Saint's Row 4 were a blast while listening to podcasts.

That is my growing impression with these stories about Trump supporters that support him no matter how much he hurts them. There were policies I supported Obama on because of the principle even if they were neutral or even detrimental to me personally. But economics is supposedly what these people cared about. They put up with all the other shit because he was a businessman that could fix the economy. When you start making excuses for that, there's really not many more possible answers for what this is really about other than scared white people.

I listened to all 400 hours of Dan Carlin's account of World War 1 largely while maxing damn near everything out on Rogue Legacy I mostly play Minecraft nowadays listening to podcasts. But a good amount of arcade games are great for it. Lots of "in the zone" gameplay with a minimum of storyline to worry about.

I mean, he doesn't present himself as a big egomaniac and in general I think it's best to give a player the ultimate discretion on an injury. I don't know how true it is, but I've heard the reason Trump put up with Pruitt wasn't just that he could use the EPA to do damage, as many conservative shitstains could. It was specifically the personal ties Pruitt has in the energy sector that kept him safe until now. Basically, when Trump got on the phone with his billionaire buddies they were lobbying for Pruitt.

When I saw this thread bumped I literally came in here to yell at you guys for repeatedly bumping this thread because every time I saw it back at the top of the page I got my hopes up that he was finally gone. It's so nice when Trump chooses the worst of both worlds for himself. He could have kept Pruitt. Or he could have fired Pruitt right away. Instead, he dragged around his politically toxic corpse for monthes...and then fired him.

This may be no great revelation, but I think we're seeing the flawed calculations of Trump and other world leaders explode here. For a long time we got the embarrassing spectacle of people like Truduea, Macron, and Merkle buddying up to Trump. Trying to take advantage of that narrative that Trump is a child that can be swayed by telling him how great he is. Which I think is true, up to a point. But they found out it's not enough to stop Trump from what he really wants to do. So the other leaders sucked up to him to prevent this exact thing. Trump saw it as a weakness, and he did what Trump always does. Keep pushing further until someone makes him stop. He expected the others to back down because they already showed weakness, but Trump has shown a staggering amount of failure to understand that when you exhaust all your leverage, the other guy is going to hit back when they have nothing left to lose. If Trump were in a human shield stand off, he would shoot the hostage immediately and then be surprised that the police rushed in and arrested him instead of being quelled by his show of strength.

It is annoying in that these are the same outlets so obsessed with impartiality that they could catch Trump saying he had a 20 inch penis and they would go out of their way to say, "President Trump appears to have perhaps mistakenly given the incorrect impression of uttering a not entirely accurate statement."

I am not sure what I would do if I became a dictator, but if I were God I would set up a Rube Goldbergian accidental series of events that would lead to Donald Trump and Baby Donald Balloon being suspended in the air next to each other. Leading to a long discussion between Brits on how to tell the difference so they can get the real Donald down.

Lakers reportedly had a shot at signing Cousins for about the same as the Warriors got him. They passed on him because they were worried about his injury making him not much use the first half of the season. I think worries about what Cousins might be long term are valid, but so far it seems pretty far fetched for the Lakers to be worrying about the first half of year one of this rebuild.

This sale made me finally get an external HDD for my PS4. I should have done it a while back because the one it came with filled up pretty much automatically and I found myself not playing the system because I despise deleting and install/download swapping constantly.
