  1. DC has no luck with this movie fan service cameo/easter egg already being spoiled.. the fight for clicks has really gone into we dont care mode really looking forward to this.. we shall see how much of the overall Keaton bats has already been shown.. curious for the Flash and Batfleck (non-Snyder) as well
  2. My biggest problems with GTA was they promised you could do all kinds of things… but nothing was refined to play well.. you can do RC missions, play hoops and all that but its never intuitive so its more of a chore… there is no harmony in the gameplay tying it to the environment… GTA IV came out and they said its story was masterful.. all i felt was my character being handed to different handlers for basic drive here and shoot missions (with a few exceptionally designed missions) Finally GTA V comes out and people didnt like it as much as 4, I liked it best because at least the mission variety and the context in which it built up to the heists was great.. but again most everything outside the main gameplay mechanics is “good enough”… what GTA V did that I wish teams like Ubisofts Ghost Recon team would adapt is they design solid missions with organically integrated scripted moments… all things considered Red Dead is still their best series…. Im also over the majority of the GTA satire where the game is rated mature for its immaturity
  3. It may just be Breath of the Wild still (for now) the building mechanics and more lively community of hyrule as seen in TOTK may change that once its over.. but so far despite BOTW feeling “emptier there is still something about the Guardians, Champions that works “better” for me at the moment… BOTW is simpler no doubt but spending so much time on menus attaching crap to do functions that were simpler before.. Once Tears of the Kingdom is done im sure I will change my tune.. Twilight Princess is my favorite of the “classic” Zeldas
  4. to me 8 was one too far, it was saved because Statham and Rock chemistry… 9 is when it officially jumped into the “Transformers” territory for me where there is just tons of very well made spectacle but its so soulless that its actually boring.. I guess with this movie the “entertainment” news outlets have finally moved into we will post movie spoilers as the headlines to draw clicks.. i was just doing a normal showtimes search and found 3 of the biggest “surprises” spoiled on blurb headlines..
  5. ….so thus far the only “major” regret was my approach to the game.. I locked in on the chart the map and glyphs so much early on that I generated enough warp point to rush through and about the map…really missed the on the ground discovery bit… that being said I still have 2 of the “phenomenons” to check so I have amended my ways but still, you only first time once.. I would also wish misery on whomever approved those caves of a billion boulders.. my paranoia and OCD demands I break all rocks.. just when I decide it may in fact be a waste I happen to find a doorway and a major price this resetting the whole obsession
  6. So fought and beat my first Gleeok today.. that was a fun scrap, I love that is multifaceted (not sure if environmental versions differ much but damn).. Revalis Gale as always is missed.. my poor missing crutch game is so enjoyable as it has seeming bits and touches from other games.. even the little bit of Age of Calamity is great
  7. im trying to stay spoiler free because I curious to see how certain things are used (dragons etc), but I have seen a couple of clips of folks using “super bridges” to solve all problems (including long bridges for tapping bulleyes in target games).. it makes me feel less lonely in my dumbness..
  8. Thank goodness for Koroks with packs, watching the little shits roll down hills is good for the soul.. plus when you pick them up and shove them near wolves they seem to know your intent
  9. Yup, Im one of those megalong log morons… i can deduce and logically solve zelda puzzles just fine.. improvise and create random things kicks my ass.. it is because these abilities here are more open to creativity that im struggling to maximize/enjoy them… it hit me right in the stupid… Its funny cause I just watched the “dont be afraid to dream bigger darling” scene from Inception.. I expect someone will create a wood robot with these tools
  10. So far so good I suppose.. its been a rough start.. the building mechanics and just utter absolute use of menus to do anything of significance was really killing the mood and pace at the beginning… a weapon isnt a useful weapon unless you make some sort of combined abomination….it gets overwhelmingly annoying having to do in-game pause to attach an item to each arrow… all that being said the curiosity to see the changes to the world, the more prominent presence of other characters, and the more complex shrines really carry the weight of the game… seeing rearranged enemies with odd weapon combos is nice too.. the content and places to go is overwhelming in a great way
  11. I’d buy them if they still felt unique and had a bit of extra content and artwork to go with them… most of them started being dry and dull (Bradygames I think)… just not worth it.. I still have fond memories of the Super Mario Bros 3 guide from Nintendo.. just had that extra bit of personality
  12. popped in to BOTW for a short visit.. quickly noticed I forgot some of the buttons and mechanics and promptly got slapped around by some Lynel Ritchie looking sumbitch.. thank goodness 2 years ago me stocked up on fairy bottles
  13. ..did the voucher thing, its sitting downloaded and locked. aside from the gameplay demonstrations im sitting here blind as far as everything else. just trying to figure out a good real world trinket I can get to go with this game
  14. Didnt feel safe even with a weapon… interesting, to be fair he was outnumbered what with her being pregnant and all Walgreens employee claims self-defense in shooting of pregnant woman workers say was caught shoplifting WWW.CBSNEWS.COM The woman had to undergo an emergency C-section after the shooting, police said.
  15. … so the Turnbull ACs are real.. great Seeing the flag at half staff today I cant help but wonder if its been half staff for nearly half the year so far.. might as well leave it there, I dont see it flying all the way high anytime soon
  16. I am curious if the brain washed masses would side with Tucker or Trump if one disowned the other and attacked them on their platform
  17. oh man, does this mean we have to endure another Lindsey Graham cry session?
  18. that is one cheesy clip, but the message is direct and to the point… honestly he should watch the original Django, it has a scene where the bad guy basically releases mexicans from a pen and shoots them as they desperately run away.. if ever there was a visual for the dream GOP border policy that would be it
  19. Its such a fun game, the gun violence in Texas is overwhelming… you campaign to deal with it through legislation and youre guaranteeing an election loss… at this point what else is left? In continuation of the battle against the undesired and the influence of culture war propaganda 8 dead after car plows into people in front of a Brownsville, Texas shelter housing migrants - CNN AMP.CNN.COM A driver plowed into a group outside a shelter that had been housing migrants in a Texas border town on Sunday, leaving eight people dead -- including several immigrants -- and close to a dozen...
  20. … nothing, I’ve gotten addicted to watching high level competitive Advance Wars matches. Its a nice realization that I have never really known how to play
