  1. The fuck you need, a thermometer reading? Look at the photos, they were cooked properly!
  2. Joe is an actual restaurant professional so his opinion is superior to all, and he said my shit looks good.
  3. They were just following Wade's advice to wait before launching the next generation.
  4. Actually it wouldn’t be too difficult for USPS to do that, their processing/tracking is quite good. All they have to do is flag the sending address on the ballot; no more challenging than catching your mail when you add a forwarding address.
  5. In a head-to-head fight I would fare well against Wade, however if he greased himself up the lack of body hair and lubrication might make him too difficult to handle, thus it is an imperative that I make the first strike.
  6. ATTN: @Emperor Diocletian II Just who in the hell do you think you are, engaging with my compatriots? You picked the wrong water foul to fuck with, pal.
  7. I will have more to say about this situation at a later time.
  8. She actually had a campaign rally in the park next to my apartment; I had no idea who she was at the time, otherwise I would have gone to take pictures for you all to make fun of.
  9. I have nothing to offer in terms of omelettes.
  10. Reno would be pretty cool...Casinos, plenty of mountains/outdoors areas nearby, close to Tahoe. I’m sure it’s a nice little city.
  11. I only used the Babish recipe for the dough; the sauce was from a different source (I forget which site). And the chicken is parts of like five different recipes that I frankstein'd together, which basically makes it my own invention. Real cooks riff on existing shit like a jazz master, sorry you can't keep up square.
  12. I’m not a master but I do a mostly good job at avoiding any gummy-ness. I wear food prep gloves, which helps.
  13. Also here’s the fried chicken recipe: - 2 cups of buttermilk with a liberal amount of hot sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (1 teaspoon of all aforementioned seasonings) and kosher salt (3 tablespoons). Whisk together, add the chicken, and let it sit in the fridge for 4-6 hours - In two separate pie plates or pans, create your dredges: Dry - For every cup of flour add a teaspoon of paprika, cayenne, onion powder, and garlic powder; a half teaspoon each of baking powder and baking soda; and a sensible amount of salt/pepper (don’t go overboard but do what feels right) Wet - Four egg whites; a splash of the buttermilk marinade; a splash of vodka; whisk well Let the pieces drain from the marinade, then do one dry and let it sit a minute or two; then do a wet followed by a dry, followed by another minute or two sit. Heat up equal parts vegetable and peanut oil to 375 in a Dutch oven and cook the pieces for approximately 8-14 minutes (gonna depend on how many and what pieces you are cooking), turning every so often to achieve even browning Voila.
  14. Some of y’all were latch key kids and it SHOWS
  15. Net: 30% Gross: 22% That is just my portion of the rent though- I pay 60% and my girlfriend pays 40%, which is proportional to our incomes.
