    If I remember correctly they stated they went 3D specifically because it was super hard to find people capable of making highly detailed sprites now. I would love it if they could go that way, but I ended up really liking the final look of the game.

    I have yet to touch any of the games from the previous bundle, but maybe someday.

    Back when Humankind started it's beta I got it mixed up with Old World and was very confused when I watched some videos of it. I kept thinking, "What happened to the leader system?" I figured it out a little later and am interested in that too, but Old World interests me more.

    I am very interested in this. I like how it's kind of a combination of Crusader Kings and Civilization.

    Maybe I'm remembering wrong. I haven't beaten ME1 LE yet, but I can take a look at OG ME when I get home tonight.

    If I remember correctly you start a new game and then it gives you the option of using a previous character. It never gave new game plus as an option on the start screen.

    I actually didn't get the skin, so I can't comment on that. I really just wanted to get rid of the white plates, I don't mind the gloss on the smaller front area too much.

    Sorry, I only tend to get on here a couple times a day. Busy with family yesterday and my work doesn't involve many opportunities to look at the internet. No Monday off for me. I got the code though, so thank you very much!

    I played through the demo myself and like what I played. I'm ready for some super anime action adventure. Also, I've read pretty good previews from several outlets.

    I just got my Dbrand side plates today, they look great. I got the black and now it blends in with everything else in my stand. Also, the Dbrand packaging is better than the actual PS5 packaging.

    81 here, up to the 90s next week. I find anything over 90 to be hot, so summer isn't my favorite.

    Yeah, lets go for it. I want the game and I want Namco to keep giving us stuff like this, so even if it does come out on gamepass that's ok.

    I'm curious if the PS5 demo is running at 4k. The Xbox demo isn't series X optimized and runs at what I assume is 1080p. It's certainly not 4k, which the full release should be.

    Is it really? I've read people saying it could be, but I haven't seen any actual confirmation. If it is I will go with something else.

    The PS5 is comparatively larger to them as adults than the PS1 was to them as children. Every time I look at mine I almost laugh at just how big it is.

    Mass Effect LE. Also the Scarlett Nexus demo. It's quite fun, definitely going to pick it up at release.

    I'm most thankful for my wonderful twin daughters. I am also thankful for the tiny baby tortoise I recently got, because watching it go about its tiny tortoise business brings me immense joy. Also, I am thankful that I can now go places without a mask. Just walking into the supermarket and smiling at people is great.

    I find the PS5 controller to be less comfortable than the PS4's and the Xbox's, and I really don't need a second one, but those look so much better than the black and white I might have to get one anyway.

    Yeah, the castle demo is basically the Maiden demo, just in reverse. Then throw in some bullet sponge enemies and you having weapons. It was alright, but the one day only, time limit and overall shortness of these demos is really annoying.

    I'll reserve judgment on the ME1 gameplay changes until I try it myself. The visual changes though, while everything is technically better I think it's artistically worse. They are removing so much of the mood and seem to be making everything brighter.

    I pre loaded the game on Series X last weekend, so I was able to play 45 minutes or so last night before going to bed. I carried over my demo character and as such hit world tier 6 almost immediately and hit level 8 soon after. Looking forward to putting in more time tonight.

    My main issue with Pyro is the fact that you have to hit enemies with your powers to be able to heal, when none of the others require that. As such, if you are on cooldown and get hit hard by enemies you're screwed and pretty much just have to run away. I guess if you focus on weapon leech guns you could somewhat compensate, but really I suspect the later powers and mods are where the class will start to shine.
