Saren is one of the greatest villains in gaming. I always make him kill himself because that's the best, most tragic ending for him. He may not have been a good person before Sovereign's influence, but he wasn't a genocidal maniac. Sure he was a dick, but yeah I can't help but feel a little sorry for him in the end.

Jesus Christ... -
I would say no one batted an eye because that's a fault in the writing lol. Again this game was made when BioWare was still independent, and I believe I've read that they originally were going to have two different models for Saren, but time and budget got in the way. @BloodyHell it's not that having a prosthetic means it must be geth, it's that the prosthetic he has is clearly geth!

Movies Judas and the Black Messiah (Fred Hampton movie) - Trailer #2
Brick replied to CayceG's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
I don't know why, but every time I see the title of this movie I think of "Billy and the Cloneasaurus". It does look good though. -
Might be a bit different if you lived in that universe and people are a little weary about a race of synthetic robots that you're warned are dangerous and want to kill you

There's been a few from what I remember. CoD4 had a scene with Price punching al-Asad for info on who gave him the nuke. MW2 had a scene where they have a guy tied to a chair, and about to hook cables from a car battery to him before they give you your orders and close the garage door before you see anything. Black Ops had a scene where you put a piece of broken glass in a guy's mouth, and then punch him for info. 2019's Modern Warfare had an interactive water boarding scene that was in really poor taste, as well as a scene where you threaten a guy's family to get info.

Yeah but a geth arm? Had it been a simple metallic arm sure no one would think anything of it, but it is clearly a geth arm. Just for visual consistency it would be better to show it, the tubes, and the lights after Virmire. Then after Sovereign burns his flesh off you can see the true extent of the implants it did to Saren.

Didn't GTAV have a torture scene that a lot of people took issue with?

Television The Mandalorian OT - This is the Way

Are you fucking kidding me with this shit? Did you miss the news of hundreds of children that were separated from their parents, and no one knows how to reunite them? Many of those children were "adopted" into White families (by the way a form of genocide)? The forced hysterectomies (hey look another form of genocide)? Just because there's no gas chambers doesn't mean the comparisons between the concentration camps of Nazi Germany, and the concentration camps at the southern border (yes they are technically concentration camps) aren't apt. What's next, gonna say Trump isn't a wannabe fascist? -

See I knew that's the scene you probably meant, but saying it was from the first Avengers movie threw me off. Steroids or other performance enhancing drugs. -

I don't remember that. -
I'm keeping my hopes high, and I have good expectations. It very well could be something like you described, or further side stories, what happened in between the first and second game, who knows. Kind of depends on how long they think they can have this show go on. And yes maybe without Joel and Ellie it would just be The Walking Dead but with fungus zombies, but that's enough when he quality of the writing is more than likely going to be better than TWD and its treading water of story telling.

I have not seen the movie, but I can not imagine how people can honestly like it. Looks like they just made Hop with James Marsden again, just with Sonic instead of a bunny. How do you take a premise of anthropromorphic hedgehog saves woodland creatures from robotic monsters made by a crazy evil scientist, in a crazy world with loop-da-loops built in the actual ground...and decide nah that's too weird, let's make it a live action road trip movie set in the real world... I know they teased the Sonic world, and Robotnic getting his proper look at the end, so hopefully that is a sign that the sequel will be more in line with what the games are about.

Still not sure about this being the Joel and Ellie show instead of new characters within the world of The Last of Us, as I have already played through Joel and Ellie's story; do I really need to see it again in live action? You going to roast some marshmallows over that raging dumpster fire the chuds will make?
