Hmmm. My initial thoughts are that I hate the vibe I got from this is that it reminds me too much of Friday the 13th Part V and Jason Goes to Hell. Kills wasn't good but I liked that it was one continuous night from 2018. My dad's power is expected back in 1-2 days. Much better than the 6 months he had to go through before. For reference, he lives in Caguas, 5th largest city.

State of emergency was already put in effect. My dad suspected power would definitely go out even though the grid was replaced since Maria. He texted me yesterday to let me know if I see a weird number, it's from his sat phone and the comm towers went down again. He said he has enough generator power for 9 days. I know a majority of the island isn't as fortunate.
