The Giants fired coach Joe Judge on Tuesday after his two losing seasons with the team, the move coming a day after GM Dave Gettleman retired.

Wow. Let’s goooooooo

Judge is now free to follow his true passion, screaming at a 15 year old for not properly cleaning the smoothie machine.

The Texans have fired coach David Culley after just one season in which Houston went 4-13.

My take: Texans are going hard in on Flores in hopes of retaining Watson, since we know Watson wanted to go play for Flores.

Otherwise is makes no sense to ditch the guy at this point. The 22 season will be another brutal year in the rebuild process, with 23 being the year the team should be able to capitalize on draft talent and cap space for a good set of free agents.

The job simply is not desirable unless you can change Watson’s mind, so why not have Culley in the cheap warming the seat while Caserio rebuilds the roster?

The Texans interviewed long-time NFL quarterback Josh McCown for the head-coaching job a year ago, despite the fact that McCown has no experience coaching college or pro football, in any capacity. They’ve interviewed him again this year, despite the fact that (checks notes) McCown still has no experience coaching college or pro football, in any [more]
