Course, the obvious answers are, 1) California's populated, and 2) Lots of Hispanic people live there (though the last one I saw involved someone being a racist toward Asians, blaming them for taking away her hopes and dreams). Though we are pretty laid back, and have that wonderful “southern hospitality”. So maybe even our racists are just more chill than racists in California.
