Worst case this dude gets like 21 years (maximum sentence). That dude shouldve been put to death in the most excruciating way possible and televised on TV. Breivik will never be released because Norway allows effectively indefinite detention for those who they deem a danger to themselves and/or others. As of 2016, Norway had only imprisoned 10 or 11 inmates under the same maximum security conditions as Brevik in its history and his term is the longest.
