So would the computer get its own screen(s) and huge battery of its own for gaming? Pretty sure he means he wants steamdeck like graphic quality and he could give free starlink wifi with all Tesla vehicles.

Call me old fashion but the whole one giant screen with no physical dials and buttons is for the birds.

I don't wanna watch TV while driving just tell me what speed im going.

I have a 2015 Civic and it's a perfectly fine car, except that the only volume controls are a rocker on the steering wheel or hitting down on the touch screen, and they both work way slower than turning a knob would be, and it's impossible to just outright mute something immediately.

I have a 2013 Nissian Frontier and its perfect. A small color LED screen for showing the radio station/song playing, time and settings. Everything else is physical. 

I don't want or need a giant ass led. My car isn't a phone.

The video games are obviously to distract you from noticing the car just went full GTA 6-star wanted level on a bunch of pedestrians.

So the company that got caught ripping microchips out of the steering system to try and make up for shortages wants their cars to have increased processing power to play video games.  Good plan.
