I've had shitty bosses back in my earlier days when I worked in a kitchen etc. My boss for the kitchen job was a coke head and would yell at me all the time for no reasons at all lol. But I work for a large corporation that probably would take a week to notice I was dead, and I’m 90% certain the ceo diddles little boys. Having a boss that knows your roll and can actively help you solve issues is more then most will ever get. He encourages criticism of himself and the company so he can make improvements.
