I'm an idiot and currently have 5 books in progress. Little Women by Louisa May Alcott - almost done with this one, finally. Been on it for a couple months or so, I just keep putting it down when I get bored. But I may finish tonight. Shogun by James Clavell - making progress and it's good. The Tudors by HG Meyer - nonfiction Those Who Wait by Hayley Cass - sapphic novel on my Kindle Murder Road by Simone St James - started this one last night, I've been anticipating it and didn't wanna wait. It's really good and I'll likely get through it quickly. Need to whittle down this list and get back to a manageable number, lol

I can't begin to imagine how this would work and how many sectors would just get around that. That said, I generally like my 3 day work week.

No idea what your finances are like. We both make good money and live in a low cost state. We don't have kids. No medical issues. All debts have been paid off. I put 25% of my gross into my 401k, plus dump in other retirement accounts.

Husband and I are on pace for that. Maybe earlier.

Forgot to post the other night, but I finally beat Super Mario Bros Wonder. I don't know why, but sometimes it takes my husband and I forever to beat a game that we should be able to beat quickly. Makes me wonder how we ever beat long RPGs like the Suikoden series back when we were long distance dating and only saw each other ever couple weeks. Went to the bookstore last night, had some B&N credit, picked up Shogun by James Clavell and started it last night.

I had zero knowledge of this, so what did I do when I found out? Ordered the book. 🤓
