    I've always just used my passport so never had a need for it. Looks like it hasn't been fully implemented yet, but I thought it was years ago (if you didn't have a passport).

    Well it's been purchased and should be here today or tomorrow. I had a nest at my old house and had no issues with it, but I like the idea of the room sensors. my current thermostat is the Honeywell lyric and I fucking hate it. So if you guys know of anyone who needs a smart thermostat then they can have the Lyric for free. Thanks for the input.

    Honestly, regardless if your house is insured and all the other items are insured, $10k is not nearly enough for the amount of rebuilding (after insurance) that its going to take to return to "normality". I think your goal is set too low and hope that you raise far more than the currently set goal.
