  1. For consumer credit, start with a baseline percentage rate, and depending on how the consumer pays back (early, late, etc), vary the rate accordingly. Wouldn't matter if you are white or black or make $10k a year or $1 million a year, you start at the same rate.
  2. I practice high fat/low carb so my meat intake is quite high. I'm excited for the possibility of lab grown meat in in the future, but until then I'll pass on the plant based "meat" and stick with the real stuff.
  3. Or if Dodge advertised that their Challenger has the capability of breaking driving laws. This is the most likely reason why that lady was murdered by the alt right dude driving the challenger at Charlottesville. Chrysler should be sued for this.
  4. That chart makes the 1980s seem like a dream compared to today!
  5. McConaughey is everything that that limp wristed twerp Beto wishes he was.
  6. How does commerce work with something that isn't state capitalism (IE real communism)? What happens when the organization makes more money than what it costs to run the organization? What happens if the organization continuously operates at a loss?
  7. IE "No one with a semblance of an education or foresight would apply for this position given what's going on at the company" It actually reminds me of the Dick and Jane movie with Jim Carrey. He thinks he is being massively promoted to an executive position, but the CEO is really just doing it to make him the fall guy.
  8. If the churches were funded by the government, it's very possible that the government knew about these horrors and did not thing about them at the time too. So if anything, both the church and the Canadian government owe a hearty apology and millions in damages to the families of the killed.
  9. When will the Afghans hand over Bagram to the Taliban? Man, we really wasted 20 years in Afghanistan. If we just wanted retribution for 9/11, we would have just glassed the areas where Al Qaeda was hiding out.
  10. It's also important to point out that the meat is physically separated from the heated water with a plastic bag. It's a wonderful way to cook meat, but once it comes out of the water bath it usually looks pretty gross - you need to put it on a hot skillet afterwards to give it a nice caramelized texture on the outside of the meat.
  11. Regardless of what you think of the catholic church or the people who ran these particular churches back when these atrocities happened, burning down these churches is clearly a hate crime under Canadian law.
  12. You are reminded every time you open your wallet! Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II - Canada.ca WWW.CANADA.CA Learn about the life and work of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen of Canada.
  13. We had a big grill fire a few months ago because it got too hot while heating it up and it caught all of fat drippings on fire. I felt like a badass putting it out with high velocity water fog. My navy firefighting skills finally paid off!
  14. New York prosecutors have charged the Trump Org CFO with 15 Felony counts for tax fraud over a 15 year period. Prosecutors believe that Weisselberg is a flight risk, so the court has taken his passport. Prosecutors charge Trump Organization with a 15-year tax scheme WWW.CNN.COM New York prosecutors on Thursday charged the Trump Organization, Trump Payroll Corporation and Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg with 15 felony counts in connection with an alleged tax scheme stretching back to 2005, in an extraordinary legal development against the former President's namesake company.
  15. Cox and Century Link serve the Las Vegas area, but only Cox is in my neighborhood, which means that's my only high speed choice. But like I said, it may make sense for me to go with Starlink in the future (if we stay in this neighborhood) because Cox is costing us over $150 a month for just internet.
