Look, if we give rich people more money, it allows them to trickle that money down to their employees. You can’t just GIVE poor people more money, otherwise they’ll spend it on nice things and then they won’t be poor anymore. You need poor. -
Watched it. Loved it. Genuinely great entry to the series. Is it Raiders? Not even close, but it’s a great send off to one of the all time greats.

Based off the screenshots I’ve taken, the previous two games look better than this. Everything in XVI seems to have a grayscale tone over everything. Then again, I’ve mostly been in dark areas since I started the game so maybe that changes. That said, XV is legit one of the worst games I’ve ever played and somehow insanely fun. I loved driving around in the car and listening to the banter.

Also, based on the screenshots I’ve taken of this game… FFXV and FFVII Remake look better than this game. Still a beautiful game, but it’s a 8 compared to that 9 and 10 respectively.

It always impresses me when game developers can come up with shit like this on the fly. I really should finish that video game I started building in 2016 where it was a old school Zelda style game where you played as a journalist who would smack Nazis and MAGAs with a rolled up newspaper.

Backwards compatibility is king these days. People LOVED still being able to play their PS1 games.

This is why I’m sad Reggie retired. He was the hardheaded American counterpart to the Japanese heads of the company. If it weren’t for him forcing the execs to include Wii Sports with the Wii in America, the console would have failed here.

My worry is Nintendo is going to want to find a new way to “innovate” the next console. So it won’t be a “console that’s also a handheld” it’ll be something that’s… I don’t know… weird?
