Comics Shipping 12.5.2018 - Week 48 Pull List
Man_of_X replied to JVC920's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
DC Comics: The Green Lantern #2 Image Comics: The Wicked + The Divine #40 Unnatural #5 Marvel Comics: The Immortal Hulk #10 Uncanny X-Men #4 Small week. Uncanny X-Men has kicked off pretty solid and the Green Lantern had a good first issue. I can see Grant Morrison is going to be up to his usual crazy highjinks here. -

General Gaming Level scaling in Assassin's Creed Odyssey :|

What I find funny is, after 75 hours put into Odyssey, finding out about all the "problems" this game has. Lol. Like every game ever made, it isn't perfect. It doesn't have any issues worth mentioning to be honest and it's easily one of the best AC games made and is a definite step up and evolution from Origins. Like was mentioned above, with such a large game, there's going to be a bit of jank. This game might as well be perfection compared to a Bethesda game, though. EDIT : I think either way, the game gets better as it goes along. -

And it's ok that you're an idiot. I made no comment about it winning some award or another, but sorry, it's not garbage. Fact.- 261 replies

What the fuck ever. I see a lot of David Cage hate and not much more. Detroit was very good, as was Beyond: Two Souls.- 261 replies

General Entertainment Stan Lee, 95, has passed away

RIP. A creative giant has passed. -
So. I just got to chapter 5 last night, so I'm a fair bit along. From my point of view, just like with every fucking game in existence, this game isn't perfect. Nonetheless, it is pretty fucking amazing, as it's arguably the finest open world game made to date. Now as to the copious amounts of complaints in this thread with all of the "problems" with this game, I almost want to say "get guud". Firstly, if something isn't working in the game as designed, as in something not activating, then that's different and that definitely sucks. I personally haven't encountered very many of these situations at all. A few, but nothing major. As to the control, I just don't see what everyone's bitching about. I was awkward as fuck when I first started playing this and got better the more I played it. Simple. Problem with not having the weapons that you like in your loadout? Check them before you leave your horse. It's not exactly a hard exercise to remember. Does it take a second to open drawers and shut them? Sure, but really, who cares? It would be nice to just tap the button, but that's life. In all my time with this game so far, it has been immensely enjoyable, immersive and yes, it has that Rockstar flavor that you can certainly recognize from previous games. It's obviously not going to be for everyone, but to say that it isn't fun or it sucks? Well, that just sounds stupid. To each his/her own I guess, but I think there's a whole lot of exaggeration going on up in here.

General Gaming LTTP Ass. Creed Origins

AC was a great idea that just didn't see the execution. Lots of repetition. ACII was a massive improvement in everyone way over the first game. -
General Gaming LTTP Ass. Creed Origins

This list isn't crazy. Odyssey is arguably the best AC yet. I too love the RPG conversion of this series. I've put in around 70 hours so far in Odyssey and I'm not the least bit tired or burned out on it. I also have a soft spot for Syndicate as I really liked the twins, especially Evie. I would also say that Unity is very good. It was a fucking technical disaster, but if you play it now with everything ironed out, it's probably one of the more technically impressive AC games at that time. Too bad they fucked the launch. -
