After multiple Beta's and a VERY successful Kickstarter Duelyst 2 Open Beta launches December 17th. Accounts will not be reset on full release and the Beta will run until launch. DUELYST II DUELYST2.COM Duelyst II Homepage The original Duelyst is one of my favorite card/tactics games but the developer (Counterplay Games) started to make a lot of bad design decisions and then abandoned it. Well they released all the assets to it and gave Dream Sloth games full permission to rebuild it and monetize it. The new version it will be easier to acquire cards then the original (and the original was very generous already) with monetization being focused on cosmetics. Duelyst 2 has a legacy mode where you can play the final iteration of Duelyst 1 if you like. However the real draw is they are starting over again with the base set and working on fan feedback to fix what started to turn them off from the original (OP RNG elements, switching from draw two a turn to draw one and champion powers).

I love me some pixel art but with that high of quality it takes a lot of time.

I haven't really gotten into an MMO yet was super interested in True Fantasy Live Online @Chairslinger can tell you about my disappointment there (granted he can also tell you about his disappointing lost Xbox title as well). I did try Neverwinter for a bit and had some fun but fell off it pretty quickly (looks like it is still doing well at least). This however gives me the TFLO vibes and I want to play it

I've heard the developer of The Last Night regularly posts updates on their Discord sounds like it's coming along well.

EA has done great with Respawn if Diablo IV does well I could see them going for a light touch with Blizzard. Granted I would still much rather see them with Microsoft imagine a Heroes of the Storm revival with all M$ characters available.

Looks like melee weapons are more important this time. Honestly I was very surprised at this announcement because the devs were bought by another company around launch of the first one. However the reddit for the original is still pretty active it is a popular game.

New job sucks I told them I can't stand all day in one spot bent over a machine... that's exactly what I did today I'm in so much pain I hope I can sleep well tonight I dont even know why they hired me I was clear in the interview and on my application about my physical issues. For fucks sake its only like $10 an hour if I'm going to torture myself standing all day I can got to fucking McDonalds and make more (and they aren't making complicated electrical components that's sell for hundreds to thousands of dollars man some CEO is getting rich off these people).
