You and I are around the same age, and my libido hit more or less the same level of yours as of late, and in my case I think a lot of it has to do with my decreased level of activity (due to both grad school and my injury), tougher mental health (less confidence in myself due to the state of my body; other stressful shit in life I never really totally processed), and sometimes questionable diet (due to all of the above).
