  1. I think mine is made of carbon fiber, but I'm sure you can get a brace without metal if that's what you want or need.
  2. Yeah, the one I have is pretty comfortable; it looks like this: It inserts into your shoe, then the top part secures around your calf (right below the knee).
  3. A brace you can wear to help with drop foot! I have one but don't really wear it, but it's a good thing to have if you need it.
  4. You are a block away from the nicest strip club in the city should you want to study them further!
  5. I'm also reading 'Killing Commendatore' by Haruki Murakami and so far it is just 'OK', really just more of the same from him but it is done well.
  6. There is a nice arts/culinary scene in Pittsburgh and the universities always bring in new people, so there's definitely a nice amount of diversity when it comes to individual styles.
  7. I've been reading The Dawn of Everything: A New History of Humanity by David Graeber and David Wengrow and it has been just as thought-provoking, playful, and inspiring as all the different blurbs and testimonials attest. It's actually changed my perspective as to how I view and feel about much of the world.
  8. @stepee tonight is Light Up Night so there’ll be a lot going on downtown and in the Point! Market Square usually has a lot going on then too.
  9. If I look over my left shoulder, I can see the shop where that beautiful bad boy was made!
  10. Also BG3 is an impossibly horny game, so good choice!
  11. That first one after a year+ of waiting is going to be wild
  12. Ben Collins posted this earlier today: That post on October 2 was about a text someone sent Musk ten days prior to acquiring Twitter; it was some antisemitic/right-wing shit that basically laid out what Musk should do once he acquires Twitter (like blame the ADL for its financial situation). Even though the text was made public due to his lawsuit with Twitter, the number it came from remained redacted. Musk went on to do more or less everything the article laid out. I'm guessing we now know who sent him that text!
  13. That train set is a civic institution, the local news does a segment anytime something new gets added lol
  14. I truly think millennials are in the sweet spot between tech savviness and skepticism...Savvy enough to utilize the platforms efficiently, but wary enough of the internet to be skeptical of anything on it.
  15. IMO the absolute best is either Fig & Ash or Morcilla, but it all just depends on what you are feeling. Gaucho is just as good, just a bit more casual.
  16. Ok since you are making it rain here are some exceptionally nicer places: Con Alma Fig & Ash 40 North Meat & Potatoes Morcilla DiAnnoia's
  17. My office holiday party was there last year and it was great. That same restaurant group also owns Kaya down the street, which is equally fantastic. Depending on your threshold for walking, walking through the Strip (Penn Ave) tomorrow is a big thing, tons of restaurants/bakeries/shops/merchants.
  18. The Carnegie Museums and Phipps are all right next to one another, so they can easily be done together in a day.
  19. If you want other good spots to check out look at: Andy Warhol Museum Mattress Factory Randyland Carnegie Museum of Natural History Carnegie Museum of Art Phipps Conservatory I know you mentioned wanting to go to the Science Center...That wouldn't be the worst idea, but just know that the exhibits tend to be especially kid-focused. An adult without any nostalgia for it may not be as enthused. Just my two cents though!
  20. Ok you want to look at any of the following: Badamo's (Federal St) Pizza Lupo Driftwood Oven Pizzaria Davide I think most of them deliver through one service or another, but I couldn't tell you which ones. Badamo's and Lupo are the best, Driftwood is a respectable third, and Davide is great too but is a more distant fourth.
