    This game isn’t trying to be anything like FE, it is inspired by Ogre Battle series (minus OB Tactics). It’s about squad building and sending them off. This game also reminds me / scratches the same itch like Venus & Braves which also has you configuring the layout of your squad. The art style also brings back what was so beautiful in Grand Knights History on psp (but that was more classical rpg).

    I just played the demo for an hour… This game is fucking amazing (at least for me)

    Boy does that port look a little rough. It reminds me of quick PS4->Vita ports where textures and shaders are heavily downgraded for quick performance gains.

    I still haven't played the original version yet (I've got quite the atlus backlog for switch), guess I'll be waiting for this version instead. I wonder if they will fix the performance issues in the switch version or if this will be the same.

    I'm a bit shocked they're porting this unless they're doing it on the cheap. Not to say the game is bad, I found the demo ok but felt the demo for the sequel was better (Sadly yes I do own a physical copy of both that I have not opened, lol). Also if we're going to port from 3DS, Where's my Ex-Troopers capcom !!!!

    I feel bad for the kids and they should be brought back but the parents can spend the rest of their lives there.

    I feel bad for the parents who had those embryos there for possible children (women have a set number of eggs) but this law is fucking gross and this should just be a damages suit against the hospital/ivf clinic.

    I've been messing with Generative AI (diffusion) models for quite some time and even GANs for a while before that. It looks impressive on the surface but there is still a lot more that is needed and that remaining 20% is going to take some time.

    I normally don't factor those people into my thoughts because they don't need this in the first place for their propaganda. We've learn that just making shit up and repeating it is all you need.

    The sora stuff is impressive but I think people are over blowing how good it is. There is tell tell signs in all the videos it was done with AI. I'm a strong believer in the 80/20 % where its quick to get to that impressive 80% but it will take a really long time to ever finish that remaining 20%.

    It still puzzles me we were able to contain SARS yet when SARS-CoV-2 came around less fucks were given to contain it early (including by the Trump Admin).
