When he tried deployed the military in DC, there were all of those statements put out that were something along the lines of, "we need to remember while we're deployed that our first allegiance is always to the constitution," which seemed like a veiled way of saying "we absolutely do not want to be doing this shit"

Basically, even though antibodies seem to fade pretty quickly, there seems to be good evidence now that you maintain some level of immunity through T-cells for a much longer period.
