You don't want that. Stop looking into them, and eventually it'll stop. Do something far more productive with your time. Read a book, play a game, watch a show/movie.

I too had the same thought upon hearing it would need 32GB of RAM, because how long until there's a game that uses more? What??!! No it's not just an excuse to calm my OCD about only 2/4 of my slots being filled, and having an excuse to finally fill the other two, shut up!

I think the thing that makes the cheese grater so wince inducing is the more, I guess, likelihood of that somehow happening to me. Axe to the head, chainsaw to the gut, machete to the throat I can watch no problem, seen it all a hundred times in horror movies, but strangely the more over the top and traumatic the injury, the less disturbing it is in a way, whereas I know what a cheese grater feels like, so I can imagine someone pressing it against my leg, and rubbing it hard, and I do not like the thought! It's the smaller stuff like that that is always more gross and unsettling.
