Sorry, I hadn't fact checked this and I have been running on old school knowledge. I believe that once upon a time mello yello was the more caffeinated beverage. These days however, MTN DEW contains 54mg/12 fl oz where as Mello Yello is 51 mg/12 fl oz.

More. Despite the name, it is one of, if not the most caffeinated soda on the market currently. As someone who has no interest in Caffeine, this is the only down side of the soda but I don't let that stop me.

I don't understand how people actually prefer MTN DEW over Mello Yello. It is crazy. I get if you want a cola or something, but any kind of fruit/citrus soda is just so far below my beloved.
