The fact of the matter is that some point relatively soon, Kyiv is going to have to come to terms with the reality that it's not going to liberate all of the territory that's currently under Russian occupation and articulate what the conditions for a cessation of hostilities looks like from their perspective which does not include "all Russian forces get out". There's no doubt in my mind that the Biden administration is looking to put this conflict on ice so that it can laser-focus on the looming confrontation with the PRC which is BY FAR more important for American interests.

Per Jeff Grubb's stream today: The game will be M-rated and will likely feature human dismemberment that Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order wasn't able to with its T rating. Insomniac is currently targeting a late 2024 release, but might push it to 2025 depending on how development progresses. The world design will probably be similar to the semi-open world/wide linear format of nu-God of War.
