"Legalizing adult-use cannabis brings an important and overdue change to our state, and it’s the right thing to do. This legislation will clear the cannabis-related records of nonviolent offenders through an efficient combination of automatic expungement, gubernatorial pardon and individual court action," he said. Massdriver
The states that are very conservative without ballot initiative processes will likely be last. In the past, I would have put Texas on that list, but things are changing here.
silentbob
Well congrats to Illinois, and best of luck to everyone else getting there. What’s the limit on how many plants they are allowed to grow per household? My 2nd grow is about 2-3 weeks away from being chopped. Which is great because my first harvest from December is nearly depleted. From sharing with friends and family, but I used a lot recovering from wrist surgery. The pills did nothing for pain relief and backed me up for almost 2 weeks.
Massdriver
No plants are allowed unless you're a medical patient. It was one of the compromises with law enforcement.
