Bataar Posted December 31, 2018 Share Posted December 31, 2018 So my Steam account was hacked and I can't sign in. In order to get support for anything on their website, you need to sign in. I try to follow the steps to reset my account and they email me a security code to enter. After I enter it, it tells me that the same type of request already exists and a duplicate request cannot be created. It's been like that for a couple of days now. I tried calling Valve and the only option they have is to leave a message with a generic voicemail box. If anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love to hear it.
