I know this isn't possible, but man I wish Embracer could be forced to relinquish all of the IP's they purchased under this bogus endeavor. This whole fiasco has literally been the worst thing to happen to gaming in recent memory. I really do wish they'd have a fire sale and either sell off the IP's to their original studios or let someone else buy them. Because Embracer is never going to recover from this, and all of these IP's will be stuck in legal limbo after Embracer finally goes extinct.
